In order to establish a close relationship with our engineers and developers, our Services and Support department offers the following services :


Technical Support for Development :


We provide technical support for in-house COBOL software Development Departments creating and maintaining COBOL applications, including customization of the Eclipse environment.

Technical Support for Production :


We provide 8x5, 7x24 or customized support plans for production operations.

Consulting and Monitoring Service :


This is a personalized support service to assist you in each step of your COBOL application development, maintenance, modernization, or transformation project. Optionally, it can include development and enforcement of code quality standards.

Training :


Standardized or personalized training using our products may be carried out inside or outside a company. Special training sessions focused on integrating COBOL-IT with tools provided by our partners, such as databases, transactional monitors, sorting tools, graphical interface, etc.

Development and Conversion :


Comprehensive services for moving from other compilers to operate with COBOL-IT, specific development services and customizing the development environment with Eclipse:


  • Adapting COBOL sources with extensions from other compilers to operate with COBOL-IT.
  • Providing customized extensions to COBOL-IT.
  • Converting 4GLs to standard COBOL.
  • Restructuring COBOL sources using any COBOL compiler to eliminate "spaghetti," significantly reducing the cost of maintenance.
  • Modernizing COBOL applications to operate natively with a relational database management system or a graphical user interface.
  • Modifying COBOL sources according to any defined set of transformations.
