Hi you make a confusion between open source and Free/GPL
Cobol IT deliver all product with c sources giving you the possibility to recompile on a new platform without having to pay for that new platform.
GPL licence apply to the standard version of the cobol compiler
Other product are subject to subscriptions and sources are delivered only after signature of the licenses
